This is a handmade cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester blend, you will not need to iron this dress and it looks very comfortable.  This is a Victorian style dress, the fabric is pretty with flowers and patches of coordinating colors.   This dress opens in the front with Vintagel-like metal buttons.  There is a tie belt in the back.   This dress is in EXCELLENT condition, the edges are zig-zagged to prevent fraying.

In my opinion, this dress will fit a small  to medium woman.   But as with all handmade dresses, please check the measurements carefully.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 14 1/2 inches.

From waistline to the hem is 30 inches.

The waistline is 28 inches and can be cinched in a little in the back with the tie belt.

Bust is 32.
