This is a handmade NEW Mennonite-style cape dress.  The fabric is a cotton, invisble zipper in the back for easy put-on.  Because Mennonite dresses are handmade specifically for a certain woman, I can only give you approximate sizes, for this reason I am putting the measurements on here, please check them out.  In my opinion, this dress would fit a small woman but please check the measurements first.

This dress is a cotton purple with lavender leaves running across the fabric. There is a lavender ribbon sewed onto the end of each sleeve. 

The measurement from the middle of the shoulder seam to waist is 14 1/2 inches.

From waist to skirt hem is 33 inches.

And most importantly, the waistline measures 33 inches, if you waistline is smaller than this, a small seam could be sown on either side seam, cinching it in a bit.
