This is a handmade, Mennonite cape dress.  The fabric is a lovely, no-wrinkle polyester, it is a light green, solid and has a slight texture to it.   All of the edges of the fabric and serged to prevent fraying.  This is a pre-owned dress but is in excellent condition.   There is a invisible zipper in the back.  This dress has a round neck and a ruffle on the edge of the sleeve.   As with all handmade dresses, check the measurements below.

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline, measures 16 1/2 inches.

From waistline to edge of hem is 30 inches. 

The waistline measures 35 inches.
