This is a handmade Mennonite cape dress.  The fabric is a lovely, dressy polyester that does not need to be ironed.  The color is a olive green with a black floral etching running throught the fabric.  The skirt is attatched with a seam and black buttons marching down through the skirt.  There is an invisible zipper in the back and a tie belt in the back as well.  The edges of the fabric are murred to prevent fraying.   In my opinion, this would make a lovely holiday dress for a small woman or a teenager, as with all other handmade dresses, check the measurements closely.

The measurement from the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 15 inches.

From the wasit to the hem measures 34 inches. 

The waistline measurement is 31 inches, if you are thinner than the 31 inches, the dress can be cinched in by the tie belt in the back.
