This is a handmade Mennonite cape dress.  The fabric is a polyester that does not need to be ironed.    There is an invisible zipper in the back.     This is a light weight fabric in a medium sized pink flowers with a light yellow  background  with green leaves.    The neckline is a round neckline.   The skirt is attatched with box pleats in the front and gathers in the back.   It also has a small tie belt in the back.   with  several rows of small elastic at   In my opinion, this would make a lovely  dress for a  medium woman , as with all other handmade dresses, check the measurements closely.

The measurement from the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline is 13 1/2 inches.

From the wasit to the hem measures 34  inches.

The waistline measurement is29-30 inches.

This is a very pretty feminine floral, gently used dress.
