This is a handmade, Mennonite cape dress.  The fabric is a lovely, no-wrinkle polyester, it is a light blue with lavender flowers.   All of the edges of the fabric and serged to prevent fraying.  This is a pre-owned dress but is in excellent condition.   The sleeves have a attractive flared ruffle.   The front of the dress has a tuck running down it and 1 button, and matching buttons on the end of the sleeve.   As with all handmade dresses, check the measurements below. 

From the middle of the shoulder seam to the waistline, measures 16 inches.

From waistline to edge of hem is 30 1/2  inches.
