This is a Ladies vest from Guatemala, the material is a tan/kahaki cotton with hand sewn adornments on each of the front bodices.   There are buttons down the front.   The embelishments are done very nicely in the colors of black, brown and rust. 

This is a beautiful, one of a kind, vest that was bought at Lake Aititlan, Guatemala.   The stitching was done by a rural woman.    It is still in very good condition, was only worn a couple of times.
