W.H.W. Fundraiser Wooden "Clown" Top
A small child's top made of wood and painted to look like a clown. Possibly used to raise funds for the W.H.W. (Winterhilfswerk). While an original German relic, I am not certain if this dates to the Third Reich, or is a post-war tourist souvineer, hence the low price. This was obtained with a large Nazi Tinnie lot, but use your best judgement.
