  A Dress Jacket for Officers. Collar Tag reads: "38S / 8405-01-105-6088", which gives you size (38-Small) and manufacture date (1988). Manufacturer's tag under right inner pocket reads: "COAT, MEN'S ARMY GREEN / 1. Dry Clean Only. / 2. Remove wrinkles or gloss with a steam iron / or press with a hot iron using a damp press cloth. / 3. Roll press sleeves and lapels". No cloth insignia. Rank insignia of a 2nd Lieutenant affixed to Shoulder Epulattes. All buttons are present, and there are no holes, tears or repairs to the entire jacket. As mentioned, Jacket is size 38-S.
