Payment

We only accept payment via PayPal accounts.

PayPal can be used either with credit cards or with your personal bank account.
Payment is expected within 7 days of auction closing or a store purchase.

Multiple Auctions/Purchases - if you are bidding on several auctions that all end within 7 days of each other please contact us after ALL AUCTIONS HAVE CLOSED. We will work out the most affordable shipping options available and get you the total.

Shipping

We ship Internationally.
All shipments will be made after cleared payment. All items shipped the same day or next working day.
A tracking code will be sent to you soon after ship on all recorded delivery items.
This Item will be shipped by Airmail of Korea Post.

We ship to the address only in the PayPal receipt given by buyer.
Bidders who want to combine items must contact us for shipping charges for each additional item in same shipment before bidding.

Return & Exchange

At mjyeun, your satisfaction is always our primary concern. We understand that it's sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item, so we want to facilitate the process.

Please email us as soon as possible to begin the process. Refund and replacement requests are only Accepted within 30 days receiving the merchandise according to the proof of delivery.
The buyer should check the package for damage upon arrival. If the package is damaged during the freight, please refuse to sign for the package so it will automatically return to us. Then contact us promptly.

If there is a problem with the item, please double-check that the item is not working and contact us as soon as possible. Describe the problem in detail and send us some pictures of the problem for confirmation. We will then provide you with a return shipping address. All returns that are not due to a seller error are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, and the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping fees.

ALL items MUST BE returned in their original condition and packaging with all accessories included.
If these conditions are not met, please note that the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded and missing accessories will be deducted as well. We check all returns for intentional sabotage and will not grant refunds on such returns.
