In 1909–16,

• American ingenuity produced several clever adaptations, and several notable filter improvements.

•  Advertising developed a great demand for glass percolators, as they were first called; but although five attained considerable prominence, only two survived and

•  This is a wonderful advertising coffee pot of possibly ironstone and it is advertising Blanke's Coffee
•  
• This is in great condition (see pic # 4- small chip) and just perfect for the coffee collector.
