I received NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and I have to explain to my potential customers why I received one negative feedback. Item description is below these two comments Some people are just hard to deal with, I tried to make this person happy. He became violent and abusive and I had to report him. However, ebay says they cannot remove his comment, so I am left with explaining this to my faithful buyers.
