I received NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and I have to explain to my potential customers why I received one negative feedback.

Some people are just hard to deal with, I tried to make this person happy. He became violent and abusive and I had to report him. However, ebay says they cannot remove his comment, so I am left with explaining this to my faithful buyers. My one negative Feedback comment...........
he e-mailed me for 2 weeks (60+ emails) with comments like this:
Dear mmolletx2,
It
is obvious you are a PATHEITIC LIEING OLD BITCH!
You did not sell your item, you have listed it
for have of what I offered you, and have not got
a bid on it! Your reply to my fee back is a lie.
So get a life BITCH and quit lying to EVERONE!
Take my advice (a successful retired business-
MAN) not a PATHEIIC LIEING OLD BITCH like you.
