Brand new Homedics NMSQ-200 Neck and Shoulder Massager with heat.  2 speeds, battery and adapter driven.  There is slight damage to the box due to storage but the item itself is still new in origional packaging.  Wall adapter was not included with this item but I will include the 4 "AA" batteries to get you started.  This is a GREAT item for releiving stress due to everyday life.
