No one else will have a hat like this one.  It is hand crafted in its own unique design with the best materials.   This hat is made with 100% light blue cotton blends.  The front of the hat displays a 100% silk white rose surrounded by white pearls and white & blue Ostrich feathers.  The crease of the hat is lined with a glittery white lace ribbon covered with short white feathers.  The hat folds towards the front to hold the beautifully displayed silk rose ensemble.  This is an exceptional, elegant hat for anyone who wants to look their best while picking that 1st prize horse or even while attending a glamorous party.  The picture itself says a thousand words.... just take a good look and practice your Derby bidding!!!!!!!
