was founded in 1988, our factory covers an area of 30,000 square meters. We employ hundreds of workers and many skilled technicians, our sole aim is to produce quality, genuine, handmade cues at an affordable price, a price all players can afford.

What is ISO 9000?
1. ISO 9000 is a family of standards for quality management systems.
2. ISO 9000 is maintained by ISO, the International Organization for
Standardization and is administered by accreditation and
certification bodies. Some of the requirements in ISO 9000
include:
a. A set of procedures that cover all key processes in our business.
b. Monitoring all processes to ensure they are effective.
c. Checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary.
d. Regularly reviewing of individual processes and quality control for effectiveness and facilitating
continual improvement.

Is to become a trusted leader in the manufacture of quality, genuine, handmade cues and offering those cues to players around the world at attractive prices. We sell to a global market and as such, our shipping charges are kept to a minimum to reduce the overall cost to our customers.
At present we are only offering cues with fixed specifications however, further down the track we intend to be taking orders to meet individual customer's specifications.
