This another book from my late wife's collection, the Rubaiyat Of Omar Khayyam, a book that is a dark brown 'leather looking' hardcover edition with ornate gold lettering and artistic designs. There is no publication date, but it is Avenel Books, a division of Crown Publishers, Inc., New York. With drawings by Edmund J Sullivan and rendered into English verse by Edward Fitzgerald This book contains numerous drawings, depicting the scene described in the 'saying' of Omar.
