Cooking method(5 person) - Suggestion

1. Heat 150ml of oil in wok

2. Fry 4gm of fennel seeds, 4gm of cumin seeds and 2gm of fenugreek in wok.

3. Then add 50gm of onion rings, 50gm of garlic and 2 tomatoes(cut into 4), 3gm of curry leaves and 100gm ladies finger(cut into 2). stir for 5 minutes.

4. Add 75gm Baba's Fish Curry Powder, 500 ml of water, 400 ml of tamarind juice from 80gm tamarind/fresh lemon juice and 18gm of salt. Allow to cook for 10 minutes.

5. Lower the heat and add 500 gm of fish. Allow to cook for 5 minutes.

6. Baba's fish curry is now ready to be served.
