Payment |
We accept Pay pal. Please pay at least with 5 days of auction ending date. We need a street address for all shipments, please no PO Boxes. International customers you are responsible for duties and taxes. |
Fees |
We only charge tax for California customers at 7.75% and only on the sale price and not on shipping. We do not charge tax on any handling fees. |
Shipping |
We ship to lower 48 states in USA and Canada. We do not ship to any other countries. We use UPS and USPS for all of our shipping’s. The address must be a confirmed address. We do not ship to PO Boxes, we must have a physical street address. For international customers, we are not responsible for duties and taxes. We do not combine shipping! Our shipping process is automated from our warehouses. We do not ship international to any other countries other than the ones mentioned above. |
Delivery |
We ship every weekday in the afternoon from California (Monday - Friday). We ship within 24 hours after clearance of payments. |
Refunds & Returns |
Item must be returned within: 7 Days. Refund will be given as: Exchange Refunds are given only if an item is found defective on arrive (DOA) and cannot be replaced. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for returned shipping fees. |
