It doesn't matter how much you order from me, the price remains the same. - Items are shipped out as soon as possible. - All items are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping is
combined on multiple purchases. Payments: I accept Paypal Only!! This protects both you and me. All payment methods must be received within 7 business days. International Buyers Outside of Canada: Currently we ship only in the US. Delivery Confirmation: Delivery Confirmation is included with all purchases over $50. Returns, Exchanges and Replacements: If you are not happy with your purchase or receive the incorrect item(s), please contact us. All returns must be made within 7 business days at the expense of the buyer. The item can be replaced or a refund minus shipping costs can be issued. If your item(s) was damaged during shipping and covered by insurance, we will take appropriate steps to correct the issue. 1. Your item will be replaced at no additional cost upon the receipt and verification of the damaged item or 2. You will receive a full refund from Extensive Enterprises Collectibles or the U.S. Postal Service upon receipt and verification of the item. All Returns, Exchanges and Replacements must include a copy of the purchase invoice or they will not be accepted. Any item returned against these policies will not be accepted. If a returned item cannot be verified or is significantly different from the purchased item, it will not be accepted. Refunds: Any and all refunds are subject to receipt and verification of the item(s).. Shipping charges are not included in refunds. Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the payment was received. Communication is the key to your satisfaction and a positive transaction.
