This is a half pound bag of Black Mission Figs.   Yes, Whole!  Black Mission figs has a slight pink hue in the middle and are a bit smaller and sweeter than the Calimyrna variety of figs.  The are delicious.  These are certified kosher and gluten free. 

Ingredients:  Figs, potassium sorbate added as a preservative.

All dried fruits are packaged in a heat sealed poly bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
