This is a half pound bag of Chia Seeds.  This bag will contain 8 ounces. 

Ingredients:  Chia Seeds

Chia seeds may be eaten raw as a whole seed and is an excellent source of omega-3 and dietary fiber, both insoluble and soluble. Ground chia seed is used in baked goods including breads, cakes and biscuits.  Chia seeds are eaten as part of a weight loss regimen.

Chia sprouts are used in a similar manner as alfalfa sprouts in salads, sandwiches and other dishes.

All items are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
