Ingredients: Wheat flour, corn flour, rye flour, corn dextrose, mono calcium phosphate, sweet cream buttermilk, soda bicarbonate, spices, pumpkin, salt.

Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Pancakes

2 cups mix, 1 1/2 - 2 cups cold water,  1 egg ( or 2 tbsp melted shortening or cooking oil)

 Mix with cold water until batter is smooth.  Preheat lightly greased griddle to about 375 degrees. When hot pour about 3 tbsp batter on the griddle for each cake. Turn pancakes when bubbles on top of them burst.  Flip and brown other side. Makes about 16 pancakes.

Recipe for Pumpkin Spice Muffins: 

2 cups mix, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 large egg,  3 tbsp vegetable oil, 3/4 cup milk,  1/3 cup choc chips or cranberries (optional)

 Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine all in medium bowl and stir until ingredients are well moistened. Divide equally between 12 well greased muffin cups. Bake for 15-18 minutes. Serve warm.
