This is a 10 ounce sealed bag of Lentil Rice Pilaf.   This is a delicous mixture of lentils, white rice, carrots, onions, and spices. 

Mixing Instructions: 

2 1/4 cups water

1 cup pilaf

Bring water to a boil. Add rice and bring

back to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer

for 15-20 minutes. Stir once, after that do

not stir. Remove from heat. Cover and let

steam for 20 minutes. Fluff with a fork and

serve. Ingredients: Lentils, white rice, (long grain rice, iron, niacin, thiamine, folic acid,), carrots, garlic salt, soybean /vegetable oil, onion, garlic, salt, monosodium glutamate, black pepper. **Contains: Soy Ingredients.

All items are packaged in a heat sealed poly bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
