This listing is for of Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix.  This bag contains enough mix to make 2 batches.    One batch will make 3 cups.  This bag can make approximately 6 cups of soup.  This soup mix contains no MSG.

Ingredients: Whole milk powder, wheat flour,

maltodextrin, corn starch, cheese powder

(a blend of cheddar, blue & granular cheese

(milk, culture, salt, enzyme),whey, partially

hydrogenated soybean oil, whey protein

concentrate, lactose, maltodextrin. salt,

sodium phosphate, citric acid, lactic acid,

yellow 5&6, broccoli, buttermilk, natural

butter flavor, chicken broth mix (salt,

dextrose, hydrolyzed corn protein, natural

flavor (autolyzed yeast, salt, sugar, whey,

lactic acid, chicken fat (with propylene

glycol, TBHQ, citric acid), caramel color,

disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate,

dried chicken with natural flavor, parsley,

turmeric, onion powder, celery, garlic

powder), carrots, onions, sea salt (with

magnesium carbonate), onion powder,

spinach, paprika, garlic powder, lactic acid,

bell peppers, lactic yeast extract, white

pepper.

How to Make Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix, one batch

You will need:  1- 1/2 cups of water, 1 cup of milk, and 3/4 cup of Cheddar Broccoli Soup Mix

Pour water and milk into a heavy sauce pan; add the Cheddar Broccoli Soup mix.  Stir it until it is smooth and let it sit for 5 minutes.  Turn on medium high heat; stirring constantly, until thickened.  Do not allow to boil.  Remove from heat; cover and let set for 5 minutes then serve.  One batch of this soup will make 3 cups.  Options:  Add fried bacon pieces, ham chunks, steamed fresh broccoli or cauliflower florets.  Use it as a sauce on baked potatoes, rice or pasta.  You will also receive directions on how to make the soup with your order. 

All soup mixes are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
