This listing is for of Creamy Potato and Leek Soup Mix.  This bag contains enough mix to make 2 batches.    One batch will make 2 and 1/2 cups.  This bag can make approximately 5 cups of soup.  This soup mix contains no MSG.

Ing: Potato flakes, whole milk powder, flour,

cornstarch, maltodextrin, onion powder, sea

salt (salt, magnesium carbonate), butter

flavor (maltodextrin, salt, natural flavors,

buttermilk solids, cornstarch, soybean oil,

paprika & turmeric), dried chicken stock,

cream powder (cream, nonfat dry milk, corn

syrup solids, dipotassium phosphate, sodium

aluminosilicate (anti-caking agent)), wine

powder (maltodextrin, wine solids, sulfur

dioxide), dried leeks, garlic, lemon flavor

(citric acid, modified food starch, sugar),

white pepper, parsley.

**Contains: Wheat, Milk and Soy Ingredients.

How to Make Creamy Potato and Leek Soup, one batch

You will need:  3/4 cup of Potato Leek Soup Mix, 2-1/2 cups of water or milk

Measure the soup mix carefully and mix into the water or milk with a whisk.  Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring constantly to avoid scorching.  When it begins to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3 to 6 minutes.  Remove from heat, cover and let steam for 5 minutes.  Serve.  One batch will make approximately 2 and 1/2 cups.  You will also receive directions on how to make the soup with your order. 

All soup mixes are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
