This is a 1 ounce bag of Barbeque Spice.  This is a great trial size bag.  Use this in barbeque sauces and marinades.  Our Barbeque Spice is a smoky, powdered spice blend perfect for both barbequed and non-barbequed dishes that you want to lend an off-the barbeque flavor.  It can be added to homemade barbeque sauce bases, or mixed with oil and vinegar and turned into a marinade. 

Ingredients:   cane sugar, onion, paprika, dextrose, garlic, soybean oil, celery seed, natural flavor, chili powder, annatto, and black pepper. This blend does NOT contain MSG. 

Recipe for Barbeque Chicken

For Skin on Chicken:  Use 1-2 tablespoons.  Place meat and seasoning into a large plastic bag and shake to evenly coat all of the meat.  For larger quantities, a shaker may be used to apply the seasoning. 

For Skinless Chicken:  Mix 1 Tablespoon fo corn starch and 2 tablespoons of barbeque seasoning.  Place in a bag with the chicken and shake.  Let marinate for at least 20 minutes.  Grill or broil. 

All spices are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
