This is a quarter pound bag of Buttermilk Powder.  This size bag contains 4 ounces.  Ever get ready to make something and you need buttermilk but do not have any handy?  This fixes that.  Our sweet cream buttermilk powder can be substituted in all recipes calling for buttermilk.  To make a 1/2 cup of buttermilk, just mix 2 tablespoons of buttermilk powder with 1/2 cup of water. 

You can also add the powder to your recipe with the dry ingredients, just make sure to add the water when you add the wet ingredients. 

Ingredients:  buttermilk solids, and whey

All items are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
