This is a quarter pound bag of Chicken Rub.  This size bag contains 4 ounces. Use this rub on grilled, bakes or roasted chicken (recipe below).  

Ingredients:  salt, garlic, basil, paprika, oregano, salt, and a proprietary blend of spices.  This blend does NOT contain MSG. 

Mixing Instructions for Chicken Rub:  Mix 1/8 cup of the chicken rub with 2 TBSP. of oil.  Add 1 TBSP of lemon juice or vinegar.  Brush entire mixture on chicken.  Grill, bake, or broil.  For best results, refrigerate chicken in marinade mixture for 2 - 6 hours.  

All spices are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
