This is a quarter pound bag of Fine Cut Pomegranate Flowers.  This size bag contains 4 ounces. These finely cut flowers are used for blending with tea.     Sourced from Pakistan.  The botanical name is Punica Granatum.  Pomegranate flowers are red and tan speckled in color.  These flowers have been very finely cut and are the perfect addition to green tea and black teas.  

To make Pomegranate Flavored Green Tea:  Add a 1/2 teaspoon of dried  pomegranate flowers and 1 to 2 teaspoons of green tea per 1 cup of boiling water in a tea strainer or tea ball.  (You can add the loose flowers to a pot of boiling water, but you will have to strain it).  Allow to steep for 5 to 10 minutes.  It is great both chilled over ice or hot! 

Ingredients:  Pomegranate flowers.  No additives.

All loose leaf teas are packaged in a heat sealed plastic bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
