This is 4 fluid ounces of Stoltzfus Root Beer Extract Concentrate.    Create refreshing root beer with this old fashioned root beer extract.  This four ounce bottle makes five gallons of smooth and creamy root beer.  Let the mix sit for two days, and then have a root beer in a frosted mug with vanilla ice cream for a root beer float, or frozen into root beer popsicles. This is made in Amish Country, USA in Narvon, PA.  

Ingredients:  Caramel color, water, propylene glycol, acacia gum, sugar syrup, citric acid, sodium benzoate.  Contains sulfites.  

 Directions:  You will need 8 cups of white granulated sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of powdered yeast, 1 bottle of this extract, and 5 gallons of luke warm water.  

Mix the sugar and yeast well.  Do not soak the yeast.  Add 5 gallons of water and the root beer extract.  Mix well.  Pour into 1/2 gallon sterilized bottles immediately.  Fill bottles within a half inch of the top and turn lids on tight.  Place bottles in warm spot (70 to 80 degrees F).  The product should be ready to drink in two days, then keep in a refrigerator.  The directions are on the bottle.  

This is packaged in a heat sealed poly bag with ziploc to ensure freshness and quality.
