The York B501 bench and fly comes in a stylish black and silver colour design. It has an adjustable incline option with a three-position backrest that ranges from flat to incline. The bench has butterfly arms to enable you to perform chest (pectoral) exercises and it folds away for easy storage. Maximum weight 200kg. It is packed flat for self assembly and tools are included.
