Shipping
Pick up is welcome form Moorabbin, please let us know after purchase.
If sending your own courier – handling is free of charge (except vary large items).
Shipping will be after payment is received / cleared, for a courier delivery please makes sure a home/office address is provided.
We do combine postage.

Warranty
Our warranty will be stated on the top of the listing.
Back To Base warranty – It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.
A proof of purchase will be send with the item, please keep it as you will need this for any warranty claim.
When sending an item for repair/replace please remember to add your details so we can find you easily.
If possible add a written description of the problem, reason for return.
