THESE XEON PROCESSORS WILL WORK ON ANY MOTHERBOARDS(800 FRONT SIDE BUS) WHICH CAN TAKE INTEL PROCESSORS BUT YOU WILL REQUIRE DIFFERENT HEAT SINKS AND VRMS.
