This is a bare drive that has been configured to work with Toshiba laptops and any other laptops using IDE Master (not cabel select).
For DVD burner using cabel select like DELL ACER COMPAQ IBM and many other brands (please check other brand's technical specs.) -see my other auctions.
You must use the rails and caddy from your existing CDROM or DVDROM.

Back To Base warranty – It is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back and we will deliver the replacement.
