Up for grabs is an authentic BATES LEATHER PILLION "P" PAD with lots of patina! 

Has the correct vent locations and black base to identify this as a genuine early model Bates pad. 

 

CONDITION:

Please take a careful look at all of the pictures and make your own final determination on the condition, I have taken the time to take as many detailed pictures as possible so buyer knows exactly what they are getting. 

-Leather cover has come apart at the back and the back panel is now mostly missing with the interior foam padding visible.  The remaining panels of the cover are in good solid condition with 1 smaller tear on the top in the front right.  Please look at all photos for detailed item condition. 

-Base is brittle, cracked, and crumbling but is intact and all 4 mounting grommets are there.  Should be able to be mounted securely but NOT RECOMMENDED FOR USE TO ACTUALLY CARRY A PASSENGER.  This should be for show only on an old survivor, perior correct 70's bike.

- My shipping price always includes the cost of FULL VALUE INSURANCE and for items over $250 also includes SIGNATURE DELIVERY CONFIRMATION (this requires USPS Express, UPS, or FedEx delivery for International) this is not an option due to the value/rarity of the items I sell and eBay policy, so please be aware when bidding on an item over $250 of the additional cost when shipping internationally (Go to shipping page and choose USPS International Express for the correct pricing estimate on items valued over $250).
