Many schools use different sizes for different degrees or have changed the diploma size over the years. It is best if you can provide us the exact dimension of the diploma to ensure the cut out will fit perfectly. In most cases we will contact you to confirm the diploma size. Once your order goes into our production queue, it will take 1-3 business days to custom make your product. During peak season in November, December, April and May, it could take as long as 5-10 business days. So please make sure you order as early as possible if you need the diploma frame by a certain time frame.
