A:	Yes … You receive the insert of your choice at no extra charge (2011, 2010, Memo ...).  Additional inserts are .16 each … in most cases they do not effect shipping ... if unsure, email us and we will be glad to provide a quote.  Thank you

 

The COVER can be personalized (additional charge of $.50 applies) in Silver or Gold with the person's name.

BUYER PAYS ACTUAL SHIPPING

 

We accept payment through Paypal.  Orders ship once payment has cleared.  We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment.  In accordance with ebay guidelines, any invoices not paid within 4 business days, are automatically reported to ebay.  We request that the transactions be cancelled and our listing fees be reimbursed.

Shipping address and merchandise changes can be accommodated if made prior to payment.  If you purchase multiple items, we do combine shipping.  Please contact us prior to making payment, we combine the purchases and re-invoice with the discounted ship.

We inspect all item(s) listed, create descriptions, and upload photographs of actual item(s) listed so that we fairly and adequately depict the type, condition and image of the goods at the time of transaction.  Item(s) are guaranteed to be shipped in the condition stated in item description.  If you feel that the item was misrepresented, you must notify us within five business days of receipt of item.  If you are unhappy with any transaction, please give us the chance to make it right before leaving negative or neutral feedback.

I provide a variety of shipping options …  Parcel Post … while less expensive … tends to take longer than other delivery options to reach its destination ... most items arrive in 2-9 business days ... I purchase a "Proof of Delivery Confirmation Receipt" with every item shipped, therefore I am able to confirm delivery and provide a tracking number.
