PoliciesReturn Policy:At Only 4 iPhone we offer 100% Satisfaction 30-Day Guarantee! If you are not happy with the product you may return it for a full refund. The item must be unused, and still in its new condition. If the item is sent back and appears to be used or is not in its original packaging, a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Shipping cost is NOT refunded for unwanted items. A 100% percent refund will be issued to any defective items, but the item must be returned in its original packaging or a 30% restocking fee will be applied. Damaged Items: If a package arrives damaged you have 10 days from the mail date to notify us. If we are not notified within 10 days, we are no longer responsible and will not replace the item or issue a refund. Wrong Item: If the customer ordered the wrong item for their phone (example: Suppose you ordered for the Droid 2, but you really have the Droid), A REFUND WILL NOT BE ISSUED, EXCHANGE ONLY. Shipping Costs: We take pride in our fast shipping and this is one of our top compliments! We will refund shipping costs only if the error was, in fact, ours. We do not refund shipping for products that are ordered incorrectly. (Example: Suppose a customer ordered a Droid 2 Otterbox Case, received it, but it doesn’t fit their phone because they really have a Droid). The customer is then responsible for covering the shipping costs to exchange the item, and must pay shipping to receive the correct product. If you order the wrong product, a refund will not be issued, EXCHANGE ONLY. Shipping cost is NOT refunded for unwanted items. Tracking Information: ALL orders are sent with a tracking number. Products are shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday). If customers have a tracking question, please refer back to the confirmation e-mail and track the package. Once the product leaves our office we are no longer responsible for the package. A tracking number will provide the customer with detailed information about when the package left our office, where the package has been and how long it has been there. We have encountered problems with USPS holding packages for up to 5 days. Why? We do not know and that is out of our control. If you have any questions about tracking your package and you see it has left our office, please contact the local post office in your area for further information. Cancellation Policy: If an order needs to be cancelled, it must be done within 48 hours of placing the order. If the order is not cancelled in the allotted time, the customer must pay the shipping costs to return the products and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. |
