As per our company policy, the postage fee charged to the customer includes delivery and service charge regardless the distance and weight.
- Please refuse the parcel if it is damaged in transit (i.e. Not to sign on delivery receipt) and notify us for the refusal of damage parcel, otherwise, we are not responsible for the damaged item.

Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. Return & Warranty Policy:

- We warrant our products for 1 year under normal, non-commercial use. During the first ninety (90) days from the date of purchase, we will repair or replace any defective product. After ninety (90) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, we will, subject to inspection, repair the defective battery pack or replace it with a new or reconditioned unit.
- For battery pack or battery related products, warranty is void if the battery pack has been improperly charged, installed or misused in any way, or if the label and/or bar coded warranty label has been removed or tampered with.
- We guarantee against any defective products. A fully refund (no including shipping and handling) will be provided for any defective, damaged, or misrepresented items within 15 days.
All the returns will be charged 25% restocking fee after 15 days of purchase.
Refund is not allowed if you purchased the wrong item, replacement are the only option.
Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
- We do not allow returns without first requesting an RMA#(Return Merchandise Authorization number). Posting negative feedback before giving us the opportunity to repair or replace the item will result in void of warranty.
- Return policy is exchange only, buyer must pay returning shipment fee for defective item, seller will pay replacement shipping fee.
- Replacement will be made upon receipt of the returned item .
- We reserve the right to cancel your order if the buyer doesn't pay us within 7 business days.
