MODEL 1891 ITALIAN CARCANO BAYONET Maker Marked: C. GNUTTI and W1671 WORLD WAR II DATED 1941

Decent looking piece and in very collectable condition.  Has much of the reddish-brown lacquer that most all of these models were issued with.  Release button works beautifully and wood is very decent.   Blade appears to have never been sharpened.  Overall length is approx. 16” and blade itself is 11 ¾”.  3.5” cross-guard.  Also has numbers or proof marks on the handle backstrap and date on the crossguard as shown. NICER THAN THE PHOTOS INDICATE
