Patch has embroidered red cross on white twill. It measures 4 inches (10.2 cm) square with plain sew on backing for wear on the
lower pocket area on Army Combat Uniform (ACU) style uniforms, body armor, medic bags, packs, etc. Patch meets the requirements of the Geneva Convention first protocol symbol.
