This is a  "Campaign  Tab" that was used during the 1956 Presidential  Campaign of 

Adlai Stevenson.

 

This 1 inch by 1/4th inch tab has a dark blue background with white lettering.  

On the tab it simply reads:  

  "ADLAI" .

This sharp, UN-USED  Campaign Tab is in  excellent  condition.
