This button was a very rare find!  I'm sure you've seen what this button should look like (Full Color), and this one is quite different!

This is an Official button, that was made for the 

1972 Re-election Campaign 

of 

   President  Richard  M.  Nixon.  

The Company that made this button for the Nixon Campaign mistakenly used the reverse, negative field side of the film instead of using the positive field, thus making it turn out as you see it now.

This 1 3/4th's inch  cello, has a blue background with red  lettering. 

To the left is a picture of

 President Nixon.

On the button it reads:  

"NOW MORE THAN EVER." .  

On the curl it reads: "Columbia Adv. Co., Richmond Hills, NY" .

This button is  RARE,  and it's in  mint  condition.
