This is the first, Official Campaign Button that was released in 1975 for the 1976 Campaign of 

President Gerald R. Ford.

This 1 1/2th inch litho has a red background with white lettering.  

On the button in white lettering it reads:  

"PRESIDENT FORD".   

On the curl it reads:  

"The President Ford Committee, Howard H. Calloway, Chrmn" . 

 

Calloway was the first of The President Ford Committee's Chairman's.

This is a fantastic button that I doubt you'll be running across very often in this condition.  

This one is in mint condition.
