This is a scarce button that was made for the 1976 Campaign of 

President  Gerald  R.  Ford.

This 1 3/4th's inch cello has an off-white background with red lettering.  

In the center is a picture of the ever lovable: 

First Lady Betty Ford. 

Printed at the top of her picture it reads:  

    "FOR FIRST LADY" .   

On the curl of the button it reads:  "Fargo Rubber Stamp Works, Fargo, ND"

This incredibly sharp button is in mint condition.
