This is a rare button from the 1976 Presidential Campaign of 

President  Gerald  R.  Ford.

This 2 1/4th inch cello has a white and red background with red, white and blue lettering.  

At the bottom is an uncommon picture of 

   President Ford.  

On the button it reads:  

"HE'S #1 WITH ME

*******

KANSAS CITY

    AUGUST 1976" .   

On the curl it reads:  "Dutchess House, Poughkeepsie, NY" .

This exceptional  & rare button is in mint condition.
