This is a  very  rare  button that was made for the 1976  Presidential  Campaign  of 

President  Gerald  R.  Ford.

This mint,  15/16th's inch cello has a bright gold background with red lettering.

On the button it reads plainly:

"F O R D" .

This superb button is in, front to back,  totally  mint condition.
