This is a really odd, Misprinted button from the 1976 Presidential  Campaign of 

President  Gerald  R.  Ford.

This smaller version 2 1/4th inch cello, has a white background with a drawing of a "Smiling Peanut" that's dressed up like Napoleon.  

On the button in black lettering it reads:  

"WANT THIS NUT IN 

THE WHITE HOUSE?

1976

*-*-*-*-*

  PEANUT EMPORER 1" .

THE  CORRECT SPELLING  OF THE WORD IS  "EMPEROR"!

This scarce button is in  mint  condition.
