This is a very rare , "Get Well Soon Card"  that came from the Administration  of 

President Gerald R. Ford.

It's astounding to find one of these "Thank You Cards" still "floating" around!

These rare,  3 1/2th by 6 inch cards were sent out when The White House would be informed that a Member of Congress  or a Member of their Staff were ill or someone in their Family were ill.

This card is an off-white color with black printing on it.  

At the top of the Card is the Gold Embossed

   Presidential Seal. 

 Under that on the card it reads:  

"Mrs. Ford and I are saddened
to learn of your hospitalization
and sincerely hope that
you will be fully recovered
and enjoying good health shortly. "

This card is in mint condition and is  perfect  for framing and hanging on your Office wall!
